Annual Special Camp 2022-23 : NSS

The NSS unit of our college organized its annual special camp at Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat Higher Primary School, Kodman, from December 29th, 2022, to January 4th, 2023. The camp was inaugurated by Sri Shridhar Shetty. Pulincha, Advocate Mangalore. A total of 56 NSS volunteers dedicated themselves to this seven-day camp. Their activities included cleaning the school campus to protect the environment and conserve water resources. Additionally, they constructed a small check dam in the Kodman area to preserve the stream. As part of the educational program, a special lecture was held on various topics, including wildlife protection and the role of NSS in promoting social values. Moreover, the students showcased their hidden talents during the cultural program.
