Poster making competition: Reader's club

Reader’s Club organized a poster-making competition on the theme “Books-Our best friends” on 21st November 2023 for both UG and PG students.

OBJECTIVE

To provide a platform for students to use their artistic skills and creativity in poster creation to showcase the importance of books.

OUTCOME:

The poster-making competition helped students to understand the importance of reading books and their posters helped in motivating others to read books and improve their reading habits.

REPORT:

Poster-making competition was held on November 21st, 2023, for the UG and PG students. Participants were told to design a poster showcasing the importance of reading books. The time allotted for the bottle art creation was 1 hour. In total, there were 7 teams comprising 14 participants. The poster was judged based on criteria like creativity, content, relevance to the topic, and cleanliness by the Judges Ms.Nireeksha V and Mr.Girish Kumar. First place in the competition was secured by Aysha Shafa and Salwa Sherin of 2nd B.Sc FND.
