Har Ghar Dhyan campaign : Dept. of Physical Education
On Friday, June 09, 2023, the Department of Physical Education and IQAC in association with the Art of living foundation organized the Har Ghar Dhyan campaign at College Auditorium. Mrs. Amitha Sudhir, Yoga and Happiness Course Teacher, Art of Living was the Resource Person for the program. Inaugurating the program, Mrs. Amitha Sudhir in her address to the students highlights the importance of Meditation and how it helps to improve mental health.
