Demonstration of Chocolate Making

The Department of Secretarial Practice conducted a demonstration on Chocolate Making on 11-7- 2017 at 3 pm in Home Science Lab as a part of Entrepreneurship Development.  The Resource Person was Ms. Asha Rai, HOD Department of Home Science.  About 28 Final Year B.com students availed the opportunity. Ms. Asha Rai first gave a theoretical explanation and then proceeded for practical demonstration.  The students noted down the procedure. The chocolates were ready in 30 min. Mrs. Vidya Bhat staff Department of Secretarial Practice was also present.
