World Environment Day: Red Cross

On 5th June 2020 the Youth Red Cross students of Besant Women’s College celebrated the World Environment day to spread the awareness about the importance of the environment. The theme of World Environment Day 2020 was ‘TIME FOR NATURE’ to take positive steps towards maintaining a greener and healthier environment. Due to COVID 19 pandemic situation the students planted the sapling in their home surrounding and watered the plants. At the end the images of students those who planted a sapling was collaged.
