Objectives:

To observe current fashion trends.
To gain insight into tools, equipment’s and technologies in fashion.

Besant Women’s College had organized a visit to R.N.Designer Studio, Buntshostel, Mangaluru, by the department of Home Science on 14/10/2025. Students had the opportunity to know about hand embroidery, machine embroidery and customized outfits. They also got to know that R.N.Designer Studio gets orders from many of the Tulu celebrities. The visit was informative one.

Outcome:

Enhanced creativity and innovation.
Increased interest in career opportunities.
