PROCEEDINGS OF THE SCHOLARSHIP DISTRIBUTION PROGRAMME AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

Objective:

  • To distribute scholarships to deserving students through the Alumni Association.
  • To conduct a meeting regarding the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Alumni Association.

Proceedings:

The Alumni Association organized a Scholarship Distribution Programme on 9th March 2026 at 3.30 PM in the IQAC Room. The programme began with a prayer by Mrs. Sucharitha Madam and Mrs. Pavithra Madam, invoking God's blessings for the successful conduct of the event.

The programme was compered by Mrs. Raviprabha Madam. The gathering was warmly welcomed by Mrs. Sujatha P. V., President of the Alumni Association, who highlighted the importance of supporting students through scholarships and appreciated the efforts of the Alumni Association.

The scholarships were distributed to 20 students, each receiving an amount of Rs.1000. The scholarships were presented by Dr. Praveen Kumar K. C., Principal, along with Mrs. Sujatha P. V., President of the Alumni Association, and Mrs. Swaroopa Shetty, Executive Member of the Alumni Association.

After the distribution programme, a meeting was conducted to discuss the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Alumni Association. During the discussion, it was decided to conduct the AGM on 18th April 2026. It was also decided that all retired staff members would be felicitated on the same day during the AGM programme.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Prithvi M., Secretary of the Alumni Association, expressing gratitude to the Principal, Alumni members, faculty, and students for their support and participation.

Outcome:

  • 20 deserving students received scholarships of Rs.1000 each.
  • The AGM of the Alumni Association was scheduled for 18th April 2026.
  • A decision was taken to felicitate all retired staff members during the AGM.
