Prayukthi - 2023 : Dept. of PG Studies in Commerce

The internal fest “prayukthi-2023", with the theme “comfiesta", was organised by Mcom department. The inauguration function was held at seminar hall. The program was hosted by Ms. Indulekha, from previous Mcom. Ms.Varshini of final Mcom began with prayer. After which Ms. Pragathi of final Mcom welcomed the gathering. The fest was inaugurated by the chief guest Ms.Anushree, Mcom 6th rank holder 2021-2022, Guest faculty,Yenepoya institute of Arts, science, commerce & management and our principal Dr. Satish Kumar shetty.

Dignitaries addressed the gathering and unveiled the trophies.The participants were asked to assemble at final Mcom for the first event “symmetry", which focused on multi-tasking, consisted of 3 rounds. Where, 24 teams participated.After the first round, second round, “Brain crust", was held at seminar hall.

After lunch, we continued with 3rd round namely “Markovista", where participants had to sell their product to consumers. Than, 4th round “pantomime", role play in which 11 teams were selected. Simultaneously, “Quick hunter", were held in which 6 teams were selected and participated. Inauguration of Mcom wall magazine “compedia", took place in presence of our chief guest Dr. Manjula K.T, vice president, WNES and correspondent, Besant women’s college.

Subsequently, valedictory program began, which was hosted by Ms. Karunnisa of final Mcom and Ms. Raifa of previous Mcom welcomed the gathering. The chief guest for this program was Dr. Manjula K.T, vice president, WNES and correspondent, Besant women’s college. The winners were announced, certificates were distributed among participants and organisers.
