Description of the Activity:
The Orientation Programme and inauguration of the NSS Unit for the academic year 2025–26 were held on 25/09/2024 at the College Auditorium. Dr. Nagarathna K. A., former NSS Co-Coordinator of Mangalore University, inaugurated the programme. Mrs. Seema Prabhu briefed the volunteers about registration on the MYBharat portal and explained the opportunities available through NSS.

Objectives of the Programme:

  1. To provide information about the opportunities available through joining the NSS Unit.
  2. To motivate students to serve the nation through selfless service and participation in NSS activities.

Outcome of the Programme:

  1. The volunteers were enlightened by the guest speaker's talk on the various opportunities and benefits available through NSS.
  2. The programme motivated students to actively participate in NSS activities and contribute to community service.
