The Department of Commerce and Business Administration organised an Investor Awareness Program for Second year B.com &BBA students on 14th November 2025 T in Room number T19 for the academic year 2025–2026. The session was conducted by Mr. Arjun Prakash, Trainer in Mutual Funds.
The resource person explained the importance of financial literacy, benefits of mutual fund investments, SIPs, risk management, and the role of early savings. Students actively interacted and clarified their doubts regarding investment options.
The program was successfully coordinated by the convenor Ms. Chanchalakshi .The session concluded with a vote of thanks. Overall, the program was informative and useful for enhancing students’ financial awareness.
Objectives:
- To create awareness among students about the importance of financial planning.
- To educate participants on mutual funds, SIPs, and basic investment concepts.
- To help students understand risk management and safe investment practices.
- To encourage early savings and disciplined investment habits.
Outcomes:
