Fresher’s Day -Department of Secretarial Practice
The Department ofSecretarial Practice organised a Fresher’s Day on 7th July 2017 in our college Auditorium. This programmehelped the students to get to know each other and learn the ethics, rules,regulations and manners of the department. Four senior students, Ms. Fazilath,III B.com, Ms. Kousalya, III B.A, Ms. Poornima, II B.A, Ms. Shreya Shetty, III B.com, Ms Prathvi, II B.com shared their experiences and explained howsecretarial Practice subject helped them to improve their soft-skills and boost self-confidence. Principal, Dr.Sathish Kumar Shetty highlighted the achievement of secretarial Practicestudents being the part and parcel of every programme both academic andco-curricular. Entertainment programmewas staged by OM and SP students. Games were also conducted to make the juniorsto participate actively. Mr. RavinderMurthy, Dept of Computer Science, Mrs. Meenakshi, HoD, Kannada Department, Mr.Parashuram Malage, HoD, Hindi Department, Mr. Raikar, HoD, Computer Sciencealso witnessed the Programme. Prizes were given to the junior students tomotivate them and Refreshment was provided. All the teachers of Secretarial Practice were Present.
