Field visit to Mr. Blanny's terrace garden

Department of Sociologyand Environment club of Besant women's College organised a field visit to Mr.Blanny's terrace garden at Marnemikatte, Monkey stand, Mangalore on 20thJanuary 2018.The visit enlightened the students about the different varietiesof fruit yielding plants and vegetables which can be grown in our home andbackyard. Mr. Blanny familiarised the students with the different methods ofgrafting and hybridisation of plants. The motive of the visit is to develop akitchen garden in the college campus.
