Using Resources available on Internet to build Career - Career guidance cell
· The students of PG (Journalism and Mass Communication)department of St. Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangaluru conducted a campaignunder the career guidance cell of the college on 7th August, 2017. Thecampaign aimed at creating an awareness among the Degree students to make useof the internet to build career.
Thecampaign touched upon the importance of utilizing time after the class hoursi.e., the students must take up part time job after their classes which willnot just help them financially but also will help them gain confidence, workexperience and create their own identity. The students of PG studies alsodemonstrated the resources available on internet and how these resources canhelp a student build his/her career. More than forty students of PG and UGparticipated and took advantage of the campaign.
