Cleaning Programme: National Service Scheme

A cleaning programme was conducted at the Historic Kadri Temple on 02/10/2024. The programme was organized to promote cleanliness and environmental responsibility among students. Students actively participated in cleaning the surroundings of the temple. They collected waste and removed unwanted materials from the temple premises. The activity helped students understand the importance of maintaining clean and hygienic public places. It also encouraged a sense of social responsibility and community service among the students.

Objectives

• To create awareness among students about the importance of cleanliness and environmental hygiene.
• To develop a sense of social responsibility, teamwork, and community service among NSS volunteers.
• To promote the principles of Swachh Bharat and sustainable waste management

Outcomes

• NSS volunteers actively participated in cleaning and beautifying the surroundings.
