Bus stand cleaning program : Red Cross

On 7th january 2023 youth red cross unit of our colleges on association with Indian red cross society , working journalist association dk district, has took initaitive on swatchatha program and green initiative programme at opposite bus stand of mangalore city corporation. Mangalore city corporation commissioner Shri Akshay Shridhar praised the work done by the students of our college and told to keep our environment clean by ourself . President Shri shrinivas Nayak working journalist association dk district vice president shri Bhaskar rai , Members of IRCS Bharath rai and Ravindranath uchil.Prof Deekshitha T S Program officer of youth red cross members Ms swathi and keerthilakshmi were present to the program

Objective: To keep the environment clean, healthy, odourfree and to avoid the spreading of dirt and contaminants to oneself and others.

Outcome: People have praised our service. They have given their views encouraged us that our college should conduct such activities more to create awareness to people. They have praised, they have taken photos and put it on social media.
