Annual Sports Meet

Annual Sports Meet of Besant Women’s College was held on 22nd February 2017.Dr. C. B. Vedamurthy, Additional Superintendent of Police inaugurated theevent. In his inaugural address he said, “The youth are a powerful force andwhen constructively employed they are an excellent human resource for thenation.”

Suhasini Shetty, the sports secretary of the college administered the oathtaking. Principal of the college Dr. Satish Kumar Shetty welcomed thegathering. Correspondent Shri K. Devanand Pai and managing committee memberShri Suresh Mallya were present. Physical Education Director Sowmya proposedthe vote of thanks.

Chaithra Kulal won the championship. Third Year B. Com 2nd Batch won the firstplace in the march past.
