Visit to Ave Maria Palliative Care

Ave Maria Palliative Care has a mission of providing compassionate, holistic care to patients suffering from life-limiting and terminal conditions and offering psychological, spiritual, and social support necessary to patients and their families. Our services are free and open to all irrespective of age, gender or religion.

The students of Data Processing and B.Sc Computer Science  paid a visit to this organisation on August 01, 2018, accompanied by Ms. Savithri S. Rao, HoD- Data Processing,  Mr. Gopalkrishna Raikar, HoD – Computer Science and Mr. Praveen Kamath – HoD - Mathematics. 

The highlighting feature was that the lecturers and the students were able to raise Rs. 7000/= (Rs. Seven Thousand only) on the Spot to be given to the inmates of the Palliative Care. The amount was handed over to the head of the Organisation.
