One day workshop on Consumer Empowerment : Consumer Club

The consumer forum students Wafa Yusuf, Aysha Sahla, and Nafeela of II BBA attended one day workshop on Consumer Empowerment at SDM College Mangalore on 8th June 2023. The workshop was focused on having an interactive session with the students on the importance of customer education and what a customer has to look for in a product, the rights of the consumers, encouraging the consumers to use their rights when finding any malpractice as well as how the consumer can register their grievances.
