Industrial visit to Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management: Dept. of SP

The Department of Secretarial Practice organised an industrial visit to Sahyadri College of Management, About 75 students from the B.Com Section accompanied by the staff Prof.Vidya Bhat and Prof.Shaila Kamath.

Objectives of the visit:

To study the start-ups of the College
To learn the economic activity involved and thereafter the profit.
In order to know about the innovative products and invention

Ms.Vishala Samarath, Dean spoke on the start-ups and the job opportunities provided by them. All the students were taken around the industries where innovative ideas were used.

Group Observation and Learning:

There are a number of firms which produced innovative products
Proper utilisation of manpower in the Campus
Methodical and disciplinary arrangement

Conclusion:

We are thankful to our Management, Principal and HOD of the Department for giving us an opportunity to improve our practical skills regarding production and marketing. We hope we get more chance to have wonderful and informative experience of visiting the Institution.
