Session on “Interview Skills” and “How to crack the Bank Examination”: Placement Cell 2021

The Placement Cell of Besant Women’s Collegeconducted a Session on “Interview Skills” and “How to crack the BankExamination” for the students of Final year – B.Com, B.Sc, BBA and BA, M.Sc andM.Com by Mr.Damodar Kamath, Retired General Manager, Corporation Bank in theCollege Auditorium on 9^th December, 2021at 2.30pm. Around 250students from various streams participated.
Objectives
-To train the students to face the newchallenges of job
-Techniques to give them confidence
-Do’s and Don’ts of an Interview
-Life skill lessons preparation forInterviews.
-The students were trained with the tips andtechniques of Interview. Prior preparations as to how to remove anxiety andother skills were tackled by the resource persons. The session culminated withMock Interview where in 4 students participated.
Outcome:
-Trained to have strong and positiveimpression
-To demonstrate appropriate interviewskills.
-Presentation skills, verbalcommunication and listening skills to be focused.
