Training session on “Human Resource Development and Effect of Human Resource Information Systems on Welfare of Employees”: Department of Commerce and Business Administration

The Department of Commerce and Business Administration has organized a training session on “Human Resource Development and Effect of Human Resource Information Systems on Welfare of Employees” on 10/11/2023 at 2.30 pm in the A.V Room. Mr. Manjunath Kamath M Assistant Professor at Sahyadri college of Engineering and Management were enlightened the students on the topic. Totally 86 students were participated. The programmme helped the students to gain the knowledge on importance of HRD for both individual career growth and organizational success.
