The spirit of culture, diversity, and tradition came alive at the Traditional Day- ‘Fashion Show’ competition held on 19th April 2025. The event was a vibrant celebration of India’s rich cultural heritage, showcasing tradition attire from various states and communities across the country. Students enthusiastically participated in the fashion show, proudly representing their unique cultural identities. Ms. Reshma, Department of Commerce and Ms. Kavya, Department of FND were the judges.

The event commenced with the welcome dance by the Union leaders. I BCA won the prize for fashion show. The entire college came alive with colors, music and a festive spirit as all students, faculty and staff dressed in traditional attire.

Objectives:

• To educate students about the diverse cultures, traditions and customs of India.
• To foster unity in diversity
• To develop creativity through costume design, choreography and cultural representation
• To enhance students’ holistic development

Outcomes:

• Created positive campus atmosphere
• Promoted a sense of belonging and unity among students from diverse backgrounds
• Students developed skills in event planning, stage coordination, costume design, choreography and time management
