- Master of Ceremony: The event was hosted by the Vice President of the Student Union Council, Ms. Ashila Hazar, who did an excellent job of guiding the event smoothly and ensuring its success.

- Opening Remarks: The event commenced with an introductory speech by the Principal, Dr. Praveen K. C, followed by the Union Advisor, Prof. Ranjini. Both expressed their gratitude toward the students for organizing the event and thanked the teachers for their invaluable contributions.
