Session on “Resume Building” for the students of Final year: Placement Cell 2021

The Placement Cell of Besant Women’s College conducted a Session on “Resume Building” for the students of Final year – B.Com, B.Sc, BBA and BA, M.Sc and M.Com by Ms. Reema Frank, Faculty, MSNM Besant in the College Auditorium on 16th December, 2021at 2.30pm. Around 100 students from various streams participated. 
Objectives:
-To solve problems in a creative and effective manner in a challenging position. 
-To be clear and detailed about the job.
-To highlight the educational achievement and skills relevant to job.
-To build a long-term career with opportunities for career growth.
The students were given an explanation through PowerPoint presentation. Every detail was explained right from the objective to the conclusion. The significance of resume was also stated. The skills requirements, goals, experience and accomplishments were also highlighted. 
Outcome:
-The ways to pave through job interview.
-How to accurately display your skills and professional experience.
-To know the ways to enter corporate world.
-Create an impact with the prospective employer.
