Proceedings of PTA Annual General Body meeting held on 11th June 2024

The PTA annual general body meeting was held on 11th June 2024 at 2.00 p.m in the college auditorium. The meeting commenced with a prayer by Mrs. Shaila Kamath. Dr. Parashuram Malage, NAAC co-ordinator welcomed all the parents. Professor Hemalatha madam introduced the chief guest Dr. Satish Kumar Shetty P, former principal of the college and the guest of honor Dr. Manjula KT, Correspondent of the college, Vice president of WNES to the gathering.

Ms. Jyotsna presented the audited statement of accounts for the year 2022-2023 and outlined the budget for the year 2023-2024. The members as well as the parents approved the same with applause.

The students, Ms. Khadeejath Farheen Kunhi, Ms. Shayina and Ms. Deepali D.K. who excelled in the university examinations and secured ranks were felicitated by the dignitaries to recognize their outstanding achievements.

The esteemed guests Dr. Satish Kumar Shetty and Dr. Manjula KT spoke about the important role played by the parents and teachers in a student’s life, various activities that are undertaken by the college to empower the students and instil a sense of confidence in them to face a competitive world. The principal also addressed the gathering.

The compering of the event was done by Mrs. Raviprabha madam. The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by Mrs. Indira, PTA convenor.
