The Youth Red Cross unit of Besant Women's College, in collaboration with the Rangers Association, organized an insightful program titled "Naturopathy for Holistic Health" on 16th November 2024 at 12:30 PM in T-19. The event was held in association with Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Ujire, to educate participants on the significance of naturopathy in achieving overall well-being.
Objective
The primary objective of the program was to create awareness about the benefits of naturopathy and its role in promoting holistic health. It aimed to encourage students to explore alternative healthcare practices that emphasize natural remedies, prevention, and the balance of physical and mental well-being.
