Green Initiative Programme –‘Namma Mane Namma Mara’- Department of SP

The department of Secretarial Practice organised CSR – Green Initiative-‘Namma Mane Namma Mara’ formal programme on August 11, 2022 in the college auditorium. Programme was co-sponsored by Hangyo Ltd., Lions Club, Kankanady –Padil, Kavoor, Rotary Club-Downtown, Mangalore East, Nethravathi Club.

Sri Balakrishna Shetty member of Rotary Club inaugurated the programme by planting a sapling with other dignitaries. President of WNES, Sri Kudpi Jagadish Shenoy presided over the function. Vice President of WNES Sri Manel Annappa Nayak, Eknath Dandakeri, Victor Moras, P. Krishnappa, Swaroopa N Shetty, Madhav Ullal, Ashachandra, Asha Nagaraj, Lalitha G Mallya, Corporator of Carstreet Smt. Poornima, Principal-Dr. Sathish Kumar Shetty were present. HoD Prof. Hemalatha welcomed the gathering. Prof. Shaila Kamath administered the oath on Environmental protection.

Prof. Vidya Bhat proposed Vote of Thanks. Prof. Ranjini hosted the programme.

The students displayed Street play near Car street temple, planted saplings and distributed cloth bags in around Car street area.
