Purpose:
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is signed between Sierra Learning Academy and Besant Women's College to establish a collaborative partnership focused on enhancing educational opportunities, skill development, and career advancement for students. This partnership aims to foster academic excellence and practical exposure, preparing students for a dynamic professional world.
Objectives:
Outcomes :
- Students will benefit from exposure to advanced and practical learning methods, fostering a deeper understanding of their respective subjects, thus improving overall academic performance and problem-solving skills.
- Through participation in the skill development initiatives and internships, students will gain industry-relevant experience and improve their employability. This will significantly increase their chances of securing high-quality jobs after graduation.
- With the support of both institutions, students will have better access to internships and job placements. Career counseling and job fairs will help facilitate direct connections between students and potential employers, leading to increased placement success rates.
