The Department of Commerce and Business Administration organized an Orientation Program for Project Internship took place on December 13, 2023, at the AV room, commencing at 2:30 p.m which covered a wide array of marketing strategies, spanning both traditional and digital mediums. The program was coordinated by Mrs. Vidya Bhat and Ms.Ashwini from the Department.

Topics discussed included: Traditional Marketing: Newspapers, banners, radio, and events/fests .Digital Marketing: Blogs, SEO, social media platforms, and online advertising.

Duration: A comprehensive one-month training program.

Time Commitment: Students were expected to dedicate seven hours daily with mandatory attendance.

Curriculum Alignment: Job descriptions and internship reports were designed to align closely with the curriculum, ensuring a synchronized learning experience.

Multi-Disciplinary Approach: While the program's focal point was marketing, it also touched upon other essential fields such as finance and budgeting, HR…

Sapling Properties primarily focuses on real estate ventures, CRR Learning Academy specializes in academic pursuits, Spotlight Academy thrives in creative arts, and Fine Feathers stands out in the dental shop domain—all forming a part of Sapling Multiventures Pvt. Ltd, collaborating with 10 other companies.

Audience: The target audience comprised final-year B.Com and BBA students, along with esteemed faculty members including Dean and HOD Syed Kahdar, Jayashree, Nayana, Latha, Reshma, and Deekshitha. Objectives:

ü To provide final year students with a comprehensive understanding of the structure, expectations, and deliverables of their upcoming project internships across diverse industry domains.

The culmination of the Orientation Program on Project Internship for final year students marked an enriching and informative session designed to prepare them for their upcoming internships. The event successfully achieved its objectives by signing an MoU by both the parties
