Interactive Session on cracking Bank Exam and Interview: Placement Cell

The Placement Cell of Besant Women’s College organized a interactive session for all the final year students on how to crack bank exams and interview. The programme was coordinated by Placement Cell Officer Prof. Vidya Bhat. About 100 students had participated in the session. The session was held on 3rd October 2023 in AV room at 2.40 p.m.

The resource person for the programme was Mr. Vinayak Kamath, Manager of Syndicate bank who gave an insight into how to crack bank exams, tips and tricks and also how to face the interview in banking sector.

Objectives:

●To understand the core concepts and subjects relevant to bank
● Enhance ability to solve complex problems quickly and accurately.
● To Equip necessary skills and techniques to excel in bank interviews.

Outcomes:

• Awareness in the mindset of the students in order to participate and enroll in all the upcoming banking exams.
• Continuous learning and updating skills.
• Boost confidence in their ability to succeed in bank exams.
• Enhanced Critical thinking and stronger communication skills.

This session helped the students to overcome their fear to attend banking competitive exams. They also got a clear idea as to how attend the banking exams and face the interview in banking sector.
