Installation ceremony for Rotaract club of Besant PG Studies-2021-22: Rotaract Club of BESANT PG Studies

The installation ceremony for Rotaract club of Besant PG Studies, sponsored by Rotary, Mangalore with the theme, ”Tomorrow Happens Here” was organised by PG department.

The installation function was held at seminar hall at 2pm on 3rd march 2022(Thursday). Rtn. Sudhir Jalan, president of rotary club inducted and collared Rotaract president of Besant PG studies Rtr. J. Swathi Nayak into the office. The programme was hosted by Rtr. Harshitha Acharya. The programme started with the prayer by Rtr. Varshini (Mcom previous). After which Rtr Lumina Pais welcomed the gathering. By lighting the lamp we started the programme.

The Rtr. .Anushree, Rtr. Prajna and Rtr. Kavyashree introduced the guests Rtn. PHF Jayaprakash , Rtn. PHF Dr. Sadananda Poojary and Rtn. PHF Sudhir Jalan respectively. Rotaract chairman Rtn. Jayaprakash inducted other office bearers into office. Rotaract president Rtr. J. Swathi Nayak delivered her acceptance speech.

Principal Dr. Satish Kumar Shetty P addressed the gathering. Rtn. PHF Sudhir Jalan gave his best wishes to the new office bearers and encouraged to conduct extension activities for the society development.

Rtn. PHF Dr. Sadhanand Poojari guided the students to utilise and create the opportunities to develop their career path and skills.

Rtn. PHF Jayaprakash gave information about the Rotaract activities and its operations and promised to provide any kind of assistance to the activities.

Dr. Praveen Kumar KC, dean and HOD of commerce and management, NAAC coordinator encouraged to do more activities and extend these opportunities to degree students as well.

At the end of the programme Rtr. B. Stuthi delivered the vote of thanks. Later, proceedings was handovered to Rotaract president to adjourn the meeting followed by National anthem.
