Industrial visit to Vasanth Industries: Dept. of SP

An Industrial visit to VasanthIndustries, Coorg was organised on February 02, 2019 by the  Department of Secretarial Practice. 42students of B.Com – Vocational, accompanied by 02 faculty  members undertook the industrial visit.  The visit was planned to give an insight intothe procedures to be followed in order to start a new business enterprise. Thiswas a part of Start-up new Ventures scheme

Thestudents evinced keen interest in learning about the methods involved to starta new enterprise, capital requirement and turnover.. Mr.Vasanth gave details ofprocessing of honey right from the inception stage to the final product.  Mrs.Shaila Kamath and Mrs.Vidya Bhataccompanied the students.
