Industrial visit to ACE Foods Private Limited: Department of Secretarial Practice
The Department of Secretarial Practice organized an industrial visit to ACE Foods Private Limited, which is located at Ganjimatt, Mangalore on 19th April 2024 for the students of BA, Secretarial Practice (57 students). Mrs. Hemalatha, HoD, Mrs. Ranjini and Mrs. Vidya Bhat accompanied the students.
ACE Foods Private Limited, is one of the leading food product manufacturers, Chips Manufacturers, Food product retailers, snacks manufacturers, Namkeen wholesalers, Masala Peanut Wholesalers, Salted snack wholesalers, banana and potato chips wholesalers and much more. They have successfully forayed in the field of food production with special emphasis on hygiene, quality and taste to meet international standards under the brand name of "Modern Kitchens". The products of the company have a strong presence in the local market and are being exported to U.A.E. Australia, Germany, Middle-East & as “Anand” brand in USA.
The Quality Control Manager, explained the complete process of food production, packing process, sealing process, various machineries used with their functioning etc. The students observed automatic passing of oil through the taps, usage of thermal heat and variety of items which were in the process of preparation. They supplied all the students and staff variety of snack packets.
