Guest talk on empowering minds for K-SET/UGC NET exam: Department of PG Studies in Commerce

The Department of PG Studies in Commerce, organized a guest talk on empowering minds for K-SET/UGC NET exam as a part of the curriculum activity on 19th January 2024 at 12:30 pm in the M.Com Seminar Hall. The resource person was Mr. Yatheen, Assistant Professor, Shree Gokarnanatheshwara College.

Objective: To equip participants with essential insights into the K-SET and net exams, including preparation techniques and strategies to overcome typical challenges.

The session highlighted about the importance of K-SET /NET exams along with certain tips and tricks to adopt for the preparation of these exams. The resource person also shared the links related to the mock test, syllabus and subjects and so on. He also solved few problems with the help of those tips and tricks for easy understanding. Learning through someone’s experience is way more easier to understand. Overall the session was fruitful.

Outcome: The guest talk provided comprehensive overview of the K-SET/NET exams, emphasizing their importance for careers in teaching and research and offering practical preparation tips to help aspirants succeed.
