Free Medical Camp: Youth Red Cross& Alumni 2019-20
A freemedical camp was organised by Red CrossUnit And Alumni Association of BWC incollaboration with Lions Club Kavoor , Mangaluru on 4th January 2020.Thecamp was inaugurated by the chief guest Lion Ronald Gomes, District Governor317D.In his address he highlighted that “TIME AND HEALTH ARE TWO PRECIOUS ASSESTS THATWE DON’T RECOGNIZE AND APPRECIATE UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN DEPLETED”. KudpiJagdeesh Shenoy , President of WNES Shri.K.Devanand Pai , secretary of WNES andcorrespondent of BWC and Dr.Sathish Kumar Shetty P, Mohandas Kille ZonalPresident , Mrs.Aruna D secretary of Alumni Association from the department ofEconomics, Ms.M.Manila students YRC secretary were present on thisoccasion.Free dental ,eye, BP, skin ,haemoglobin test was conducted for thestudents of Bestant institution, students from various colleges and outsidersby the doctors of the yenepoya medical hospital, Deralakatte.38 Red crossstudents were participated and worked as volunteers. Prof .Deekshitha T S fromthe department of commerce and convenor of YRC welcomed the gathering andSwaroopa Shetty, President of Alumni association and Lions club KavoorMangalore proposed vote of thanks. The program was compered by Ms. Shilpa of 2ndBcom.
