FAREWELL CEREMONY FOR FINAL YEAR DEGREE STUDENTS

The farewell ceremony for the final year degree students was held on 31st May 2025 with great enthusiasm and heartfelt emotions. The programme began with an invocation by Ms. Deeksha Kamath and with a warm welcome address by Ms. Mariyam Jamal. Dr. Praveen Kumar K. C, the Principal expressed appreciation for the final year students’ contributions and encouraged them to face future challenges with confidence and determination. Deans of Humanities, Commerce, Languages, Science and Computer Applications delivered an inspiring speech focusing on values, career planning and lifelong learning. They extended best wishes to the graduating students for a successful future. President, Vice President of Student Union and selected final year students shared their experiences, memorable moments, and gratitude towards the institution, faculty and peers. Interactive games and fun activities were conducted which added fun to the event. The formal programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Ranjini, Student Welfare Officer. The programme was successfully organized by Ms. Meghana G. Pai, the Secretary, Ms. Charitha, the Joint Secretary of Student Union and their team. Students from the junior classes performed various cultural activities which added color and energy to the event and were a token of appreciation and affection for their seniors.

Outcomes:

The farewell enhances mutual respect and appreciation between students and teachers, strengthening the bond even beyond graduation
The emotional bond formed during farewell encourages graduates to remain connected to the institution as proud alumni
