Essay Writing competition : Cell for Prevention of Drug Abuse and Anti Ragging Cell

The Cell for Prevention of Drug Abuse, Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Anti Ragging Cell jointly organised an Essay Writing competition on Friday i.e., 28th April, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in the A V Room.

The topic for English essay was “Challenges Women face at Workplace with reference to substance abuse and discrimination” and the topic for Kannada essay was “Udyoga rangadalli Mahileyaru yedarisuva savalugalu”. There was an overwhelming response from the students with 36 students of both UG and PG participating in the competition. The time allotted being One hour, a total of 15 students participated in English essay writing, while 21 students participated in Kannada essay.

The prizes were announced in both the categories for UG and PG and were awarded during the college day.
