International Webinar on Economic Impact of COVID-19: An insider perspective- Dept. Economics

The department of Economics in association with IQAC has organized an Internationalwebinar on topic Economic Impact of Covid-19: An Insider Perspective. Dr SwapnaHegde, Senior researcher and site administrator, Perkin Helmar Health Sciences,Canada was the resource person of the webinar who spoke very well about thetopic. Mr Devananda Pai Secretary, WNES and correspondent of our college wasthe guest of honour. Dr. Sathish Kumar Shetty P., Principal has presided over theformal programme. IQAC Coordinator of the college Prof Sayyad Khadar andBelthangadi Ganesh Krishna Bhat, Correspondent Besant Evening College werepresent during the formal part of the programme. Ms Aruna D Assistant professorDept of Economics has welcomed the resource person and the dignitaries presentduring webinar, Ms Prajna S lecturer Department of Economics proposed voteof  thanks. Dr Sathish Assistantprofessor in Economics was the master of the ceremony. Nearly 438 participantswere present in the webinar.
