Demonstration on Flower Bouquet Making- Innovation Club

The Innovation club of our college organized a demonstration on making of flower bouquet on 16th March 2024 in room no. S17. Ms. Harshini was the resource person. Selection of flowers and other materials required for the bouquet was explained. The technique of wrapping the flowers and fillers with a sheet for different occasions was demonstrated. The members of the club made a bouquet by using the flowers and leaves they brought from their garden. (20 students participated)

Objectives:

• To learn the art of organizing and grouping together plant materials (flowers, foliage, twigs, etc.)
• To showcase students’ creativity
• To motivate the students to become entrepreneurs

Outcomes:

• Students acquired livelihood skill
• Equipped the students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful florist.
