Demonstration of Flower arrangement: Women’s Cell

Besant women’s college had organized a demonstration of Flower arrangement by the Women’s Cell on 04/05/2024. Mrs. Gayathree from the department of Home Science explained the different styles of flower arrangement like traditional or mass, geometric or line, ikebana or Japanese flower arrangement and modern or abstract style. She also demonstrated arrangements with vegetables and with bamboo sticks. Students were given opportunities for practice session also.
