College Union Election: SVEEP

The SVEEP Committee (Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation) actively participated and rendered valuable service during the Students’ Union Election held on 24/08/2024. The committee worked towards creating awareness about the importance of voting and encouraged students to participate in the democratic process. It played a key role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of the election. Their efforts contributed to increased student turnout and the successful election of student leaders for the academic year 2024-25.

Objective of the Students’ Union Election:

The objective of the Students’ Union Election was to instill democratic values among students by providing a platform to elect their representatives through a fair and transparent process. It aimed to encourage leadership, responsibility, and active participation in campus governance and decision-making.

Outcome of the Election:

The election, held on 24/08/2024, was conducted smoothly with enthusiastic participation from the student community. It resulted in the successful formation of the Students’ Union for the academic year 2024–25. The process strengthened democratic engagement among students and promoted a sense of civic responsibility within the campus.
