Certificate Distribution Ceremony for Consumer Club Students: Consumer Club

A certificate distribution ceremony was held on 24th May 2025 to honor the efforts and contributions of Consumer Club students. The event saw the participation of students and coordinators from eight colleges affiliated with Mangalore University, showcasing the growing interest and involvement of youth in consumer awareness and rights.

The function was graced by Mr. Praveen Kumar K.C., who served as the Chief Guest. His insightful address emphasized the pivotal role that youth can play in shaping a responsible and informed consumer base in India. He commended the clubs for their activities promoting ethical consumer behavior and awareness of consumer rights.

Distinguished guests Mr. Salian, Mr. Rafiq, and Mrs. Sunanda were also present and addressed the gathering. Each speaker highlighted the importance of student participation in civic responsibility and the impact of such initiatives in building a more aware society.

During the ceremony, certificates were awarded to active members of the Consumer Clubs from the participating colleges. The recognition served to encourage and appreciate the dedication of students in promoting consumer education and advocacy.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks and an expression of gratitude to all participants, dignitaries, and institutions involved. It was a successful and inspiring occasion that reinforced the importance of consumer awareness and the role of educational institutions in fostering it.
