Can art competition with the theme Think Green, Be Smart, Recycle: Dept. of PG in FSN
In connection to World Environment Day which is observed every year on 5th June , Can art competition with the theme Think Green, Be Smart, Recycle was organized by the department of PG Studies in Food Science and Nutrition for the PG students on 8th June 2022 with the objective of reducing the environmental waste by upgrading the non bio degradable plastic cans . Empty distilled water cans (plastic) which are of no further use for the company were used for the competition to make them useful. 8 teams participated in the competition. The teams turned the plastic cans into beautiful art pieces which can be also be put to better use in terms of decoration, storage, home gardening and so on .

Rules of the Competition:
- Names to be given by 6th June 2022 to the faculty in-charges
- Three make a team
- On spot registration is not allowed
- Time allotted: 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Art supplies should be bought by the participants
- Cans as shown in the figure will be provided for creativity
- Printouts are not allowed

- Judges’es decisions will be final and binding.
