Department of Kannada organised Birth Anniversary of renowned Literaturist Dr. K. Shivarama Karanth on Oct 9th,2024 at the A.V. room of the College. Dr. JyothiPriya, Associate Professor and HOD of Dept. of Kannada, Dr. Dayanand Pai, P. Sathish Pai Govt. First grade College, Carstreet was the resource person of the Programme. Spoke about literary, culutural works of Dr. Karanth and Contributions for freedom movement of the Nation. Dr. Manjula K.T. Correspondent and Vice President of WNES and Principal Dr. Praveen Kumar K.C. were present at the function.
