Invitation: ‘BEQUEST & INNOVISION’ Inter Collegiate National Fest 2017-18 on 14th & 15th September 2017
Besant Women’s College will be organizing a two day InterCollegiate Student’s Talent Fest, ‘Bequest UG Fest & ‘Innovision PG Fest’ –2017 with a theme ‘Vasudaiva Kutumbakam’ on 14th & 15thSeptember 2017. The idea of VasudhaivaKutumbakam is India’s contribution to World peace. Peace and harmony are inter5dependent andinter connected. The fest is designed soas to bring about harmony and fellow feeling among the students.
SwamiJitakamanandaji, Adhyaksha, Ramakrishna Math, Mangaluru, will be inauguratingthe Bequest 2017 on 14th September Thursday at 9.30 a.m. at collegeAuditorium. Sri. Kudpi JagadishShenoy, President, WNES will preside over the inaugural ceremony, K. DevanandaPai, College correspondent, Dr. Sathish Kumar Shetty. P. Principal and Dr.Meenakshi K, student welfare officer and student council president Kavyashree.will be on the stage.
The firstday events like Plug and Play, Mangaluru Smart City Project Plan, GlobalConnection (Skit) Sqeez (Quiz) Utsav (Dances of Indian States), Ithihas(Depiction of Historical characters), Abhijnana Arka (Quiz on Food andNutrition) will be held.
On 15thPG fest Innovision Sri. Manel AnnappaNayak, Vice President, WNES, will be the chief guest, Sri. Shyamsunder Kamath,will preside over the function.
Innovisionfests like Vipanikriya (Marketing), Pauruseya (Human Resource), Sabhapala(Public Relations), Maudrik (Financial analyst), Kartha (Best entrepreneur). . About 20 colleges under MangaloreUniversity are expected to take part in the student fest.
