BACCE Academy Skill development programme : Department of Commerce

The BACCE academy organised skill development programmes such as critical thinking and problem solving oral and written communication, leadership skills, goal setting and Perseverance under the guidance of Prof.Syed Kahder, Department of Commerce. The classes were conducted both online and offline. The classes were from 2019-2021

Objectives

  • It creates innovative ideas and enhances creativity skills
  • To provide confidence and experience
  • It aims at problem solving skills.
  • The students of final year actively participated in the programme

Outcome:

  • Communication and time management skills were improved
  • The students learnt to manage stress
  • Learnt to manage at work place.
