Awards Day was held with great enthusiasm and grandeur on 15th May 2025. Mr. Sunil Baliga, Assistant Supervisor at CAG India Department (Pr AGs office, Bengaluru) was the chief guest. In his inspiring speech, the chief guest emphasized the importance of hard work, discipline and perseverance. He congratulated the awardees and encouraged all students to strive for excellence.

The Vice President of WNES and Correspondent of Besant Women’s College, Dr. Manjula K.T in her presidential address took a moment to remember institution’s esteemed alumni whose remarkable accomplishments across various fields have brought pride and recognition to the college. Madam emphasized the importance of perseverance, values, and holistic education in shaping lives beyond the classroom. The address was not only a tribute to the past but also a call to action for current students to aspire toward meaningful and impactful careers. Prize distribution segment was gracefully conducted by Prof. Raviprabha and Prof. Shobhitha T. S. Prizes for academic excellence, sports and winners of various competitions held by the various associations and departments were awarded. The event was coordinated by Ms. Ranjini, Student Welfare Officer.

President of Students’ Union- Ms. Deeksha compered the programme. Vice President Ms. Ashila Hazra welcomed the gathering. Ms. Roopathi, Department of Physical Education introduced the guest. Ms. Meghana G.Pai, the secretary of Students’ Council proposed Vote of Thanks.

Objectives:
