National level online art competition on the topic 'Eat right bite by bite': Dept. of FND-2021

First week of September(September 1-7,2020) is observed asnational nutrition week throughout India whose purpose is to spread awarenessabout good nutrition and health. On this occasion the department of Food,nutrition and dietetics conducted an online art competition where theparticipants could submit a photograph or a painting on the topic ' Eat rightbite by bite'. A total of 66 entries were received. 2 prizes were awarded in eachcategory. Under photography 1st place was shared between Ms. Manisha Kotian andMr Nayan Salian from Govindasa College, Mangalore and 2nd place was bagged byMs Sarshar Naaz, Besant women's college, Mangalore. Under painting category 1stplace was shared by Ms. Anusara N, Besant Women’s College, Mangalore and MsNisha Salian, Govindasa College, Mangalore. Cash prizes were awarded to thewinners.
