Anti-Drug Rally - Dept. of PG Studies in commerce

Department of PG Studies in commerce had participated in the rally for VK’s anti-drug campaign on 28th August 2018. The rally began from bunts hostel at 9.30am and reached Dr TMA Pai hall at around 11.30 am. 80 M.com students attended the programme with many other colleges.

Veerendra Hedge, Dharmadhikari, Dharmasthala, had inaugurated the valedictory ceremony at 11.45am. Mr. K S Narayanacharya, judge, principle district and session’s court, Mr. Sasikanth Senthil S, Deputy Commissioner, Dakshina Kannada, Rev Aloysius Paul D’Souza, bishop, Mangalore diocese and Yenepoya Abdhulla Kunthi, chancellor, Yenepoya were the chief guest.

Sandalwood sensation Rashmika Mandanna was the star attraction of the programme. The main intention of conducting this program was to create awareness about drug abuse among students.
